Clancy Connolly has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. Starting in 2011, Clancy worked as a Data Entry Assistant at Wheaton College, where they were responsible for entering data into the Banner database and completing administrative tasks. In 2012, Clancy became a Permanent Collection Assistant at the college, assisting with the preservation of art pieces and conducting research on the history of collected pieces.

In 2013, Clancy worked as a Camp Assistant Intern at the Children's Museum & Theatre of Maine, where they designed and led cultural exchange programs, supervised campers, and directed themed programs for museum visitors. From 2014 to 2015, Clancy served as a Chinese Tutor at Wheaton College, providing tutoring services to students.

In 2013, Clancy also attended Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla for a brief period to study Spanish Language and Literature. No degree was specified for this particular experience.
