Matias Saraniti

Matias Saraniti's work experience includes various positions in the field of cybersecurity and IT.

Matias started their career in 2002 as an IT Administrator at Inworx and worked there until 2005. Matias then joined Penta Security Solutions as an IT Security Analyst for a few months before moving on to DLS Solutions as an IT Analyst.

In 2006, Saraniti joined Microsoft as an IT Analyst and later became a Project Manager, a role they held until 2009. After that, they joined Grupo Ecosistemas as an IT Solution Delivery Manager for a year.

In 2010, Saraniti joined IBM as a Project Manager and then worked as a Security & Compliance Delivery Project Executive until 2013. During this time, they gained experience in security and compliance projects.

In 2014, Saraniti took on a role as a Spinning Instructor at Megatlon alongside their IT career. Matias worked there until 2017.

From 2013 to 2019, Saraniti worked at DIRECTV Latin America in various roles, including Regional IT Security Architect, Data Protection Leader, IT Security Chief, and IT Security Manager.

In 2019, Saraniti joined Vista as the Head of Cybersecurity (CISO), a position they currently hold. Matias is responsible for overseeing the cybersecurity operations of the company.

In 2021, Saraniti joined Wingu as a Cybersecurity Advisory for a few months before leaving in 2022.

Matias Saraniti's education history includes a range of degrees and certifications. Matias obtained a Master's degree in Science, Technology and Society from the Universidad Nacional de Quilmes from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at UADE from 2003 to 2013. Additionally, they pursued a Diplomacy in Business Management at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella from 2014 to 2015. Matias also obtained certifications such as the ITIL V3 Fundamentals Certified from ITIL in 2011, and the Information Security Foundation based on ISO/IEC 27002 (ISFS) certification from EXIN in 2013. Furthermore, they received a Tertiary degree in Information Technology Analyst from UADE, where they studied from 2003 to 2011. Before that, they completed their Bi-Ligual High School Diploma in Math at Instituto Ballester from 1990 to 2001.
