Umar Mansuri

Umar Mansuri is an Associate at Vista Point Advisors and rejoined the firm in 2021. Prior to rejoining Vista Point, Umar was with the Business Development team at Serent Capital. Prior to Serent, Umar was an analyst and associate at Vista Point, advising clients in the software and internet segments on M&A and capital raises.

Umar started his career at Stifel in its Technology Investment Banking group, where he executed a number of M&A transactions in the software, fintech, and internet segments. Umar received a B.S. in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
