Alex Barroso

Alex Barroso serves as the President of Development - Mid-Atlantic at Vista Residential Partners, where a strategic expansion initiative led to the establishment of nine regional offices in two years and the introduction of an in-house general contracting company to enhance efficiency. Prior experience includes holding the position of President of Development at The Bainbridge Companies, overseeing the development of 2,100 upscale residential units, as well as serving as Senior Vice President, where management of 903 residential units was achieved in the Carolinas. Alex also excelled as Managing Director at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, developing 1,742 residential units in South Florida, and previously directed development efforts at Landmark Companies and Related Group, among others. Educational credentials include an MBA from Indiana University and a degree in Civil Engineering from Florida State University.
