James Pepper

CEO at Vista Technology Support

James Pepper has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in the technology support industry. From 1998 to 2006, they served as the Repair Centre Manager at Vista, where they managed customer projects, founded the Vista Repair Centre, and achieved significant growth in repair activity. From 2006 to 2009, James worked as the Operations Manager, overseeing the operational management of various departments and designing new customer solutions. James then advanced to the role of Operations Director from 2009 to 2012.

In 2012, James became the Technical Services Director, responsible for the performance of various business operations and defining the technological strategy for business systems and cyber security. James also played a key role as a project director for strategic business projects. In 2018, they were promoted to CEO, taking on the overall leadership and strategic direction of Vista Technology Support.

Furthermore, in 2020, James took on the additional role of Non-Executive Director for a charity organization.

James Pepper attended Cardiff Metropolitan University from 2013 to 2015, where they completed a degree in FDA Applied Professional Practice with a focus in Organizational Leadership.
