Vikki D. has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Vikki started their career in 2005 as a Field Service Engineer (EPOS) at Alphameric, where they worked until 2010. From there, they joined Spirit Pub Company as a Regional IT Demand Manager, holding the position for four years. In 2014, Vikki joined Vista as a Customer Service Delivery Manager and later advanced to the position of Senior Customer Service Delivery Manager. Currently, they serve as the Head of Service Delivery & Transition at Vista.

From 2020 to 2025, Vikki D. attended The Open University and obtained a BA (Honours) degree in Business Management.
