Andy Jolls serves as Chief Operating Officer for Vista Sotheby's International Realty. In this role, he leads the brokerage's many day-to-day functions, including operations, finance, and technology. Jolls' focus for the company is to drive strategic growth and lead generation with the primary goal of helping agents increase their sales productivity.

Jolls passion for the real estate industry began at an early age. In 1999, while studying at UCLA, he was hired for a part-time position with South Bay Brokers. Earning his real estate license in 2000, Jolls immediately began working to modernize the brokerage, implementing new technologies and business practices. His initiatives led to his appointment to the company's management team. In 2015, South Bay Brokers merged with Vista Sotheby's International Realty, and Jolls was promoted to his current role as Chief Operating Officer.

In addition to his work within Vista Sotheby’s International Realty, Jolls is involved with several professional organizations dedicated to advancing the real estate industry. Currently he serves on the Realogy Broker Tech Advisory Council, a selected group of fifteen industry leaders across Realogy's brands, who focus on bringing functional, efficient technology to the real estate industry at both the brokerage and client level.
