John Fitz Dietz

John Fitz Dietz is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Real Estate Advisor at Vista Sotheby's International Realty since November 2021, John also runs John Dietz Appraisal Services, where residential real estate appraisal services have been provided since February 2009. Prior experience includes working as a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty Beach Cities from March 2017 to November 2021, as well as serving as a Real Estate Appraiser at RG Appraisal Management and Margolies Appraisal Services between 2006 and 2012. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Global Studies with a minor in Spanish from UC Santa Barbara, completed in 2004.
