Ellen Burman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in physician recruitment and management. Since September 2004, Ellen has served as Principal Physician Recruiter at VISTA Staffing Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities include qualifying and recruiting physicians for temporary national placements while maintaining Quality Assurance Standards. This role emphasizes partnership with physicians to enhance their professional and personal objectives. Prior to this, from 2001 to 2004, Ellen worked at Estee Lauder Group of Companies as Third Key Management, overseeing operations and customer service, training new employees, and establishing a strong repeat customer base. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Consumer and Business Studies from Buffalo State University.
