Kim Needham

Kim Needham has over 20 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Kim started their career as a Respiratory Care Practitioner at Evanston Northwestern Hospital in 1994 and later became a Respiratory Care Supervisor at Evanston Hospital. In 1999, Kim joined Vista Health System as a Director and eventually became the Vice President of Vista Medical Center West in 2005. Kim led the operations of various departments, including emergency rooms, behavioral health units, rehab units, and industrial medicine/employee health services. In 2009, Kim became the Chief Operating Officer of Vista Health System, overseeing the day-to-day operations of all ancillary departments and care sites.

Kim Needham has a Master of Arts degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Webster University. They also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Respiratory Care Therapy/Therapist from National Louis University.
