Hal McDonald

Hal McDonald has extensive experience in leadership positions within the technology and defense sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at VISTA Technology Services Inc. since February 2008, McDonald previously held the role of Service Delivery Manager at Unisys, where responsibilities included managing a $30M annual health and human services IT outsourcing contract. Prior to Unisys, McDonald was a Client Delivery Executive at EDS, overseeing a business portfolio with annual revenues exceeding $20M, and interfacing with senior executives in the Department of Defense. McDonald's career began as an Infantry Officer in the US Army, spanning two decades. Educational qualifications include a degree from Norwich University and a high school diploma from Ayer High School.
