Sharon Kromer, MBA, BSN, RN, CTC, CHC has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Sharon started their career in 1988 as a Manager at Lehigh Valley Hospital, where they dedicated 34 years of service before leaving in May 2022. In 2023, they joined Vistacom Inc. as a Healthcare Program Manager.

Sharon Kromer has a strong educational background in the field of healthcare. Sharon obtained their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from DeSales University, where they studied from 1984 to 1989. Building on their nursing education, they later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the same university, completing their studies from 2015 to 2021.
