Leon Holtkamp

Leon Holtkamp is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership, coaching, and business development across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals and nature conservation. Currently serving as a CEO Coach and Mentor with Vistage Benelux B.V. and Vistage Worldwide, as well as the owner of opWaarde, Leon focuses on executive coaching and consultancy. Notably, Leon co-founded Stichting Verstand op Groen, which promotes nature management and sustainability initiatives. Previous roles include customer service supervisor at GGD Fryslân during the COVID-19 crisis, sales director at EBMT, and significant leadership positions at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities encompassed managing European transplant and specialty businesses.
