Ronen Aharon

Ronen Aharon is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in management and engineering. Currently serving as Chair at Vistage Israel and Co-Founder & CEO of Grow Autonomous Solutions Ltd., as well as Founder of BrightSight, Ronen is dedicated to management consulting and coaching, leveraging insights from a 20-year executive career. Previously, as CEO and Chairman of ABB, Ronen drove business development and managed local P&L units, fostering talent and innovation within the organization. Early career roles at IEC included design engineering for high and medium voltage substations. Ronen holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and a BASc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University. Additionally, participation in the Senior Leadership Development Program at IMD has further enriched Ronen's leadership capabilities.
