Nick Chen

Nick Chen is a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate investment professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently a member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc., Nick is dedicated to enhancing both company performance and community impact through executive coaching and peer advisory. As the Managing Principal and Owner of Private Holdings since December 2017, Nick oversees real estate investment, development, and asset management. Previous positions include Head of Real Estate Investments at Triple Star and Director roles at Carlton Group, where responsibilities encompassed real estate private equity, structured finance, and investment banking. Nick holds an MBA from Baruch College and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
