Stanford Scriven

Stanford Scriven, SIOR, is the Founder and Principal of Northwest Tenant Group, a role held since November 2021. Scriven is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Vistage Worldwide, Inc. Additionally, Scriven serves as an Organizer for TechCrawl, Portland's largest annual tech hiring event. Prior to these positions, Scriven was the Managing Director at Newmark from October 2014 to October 2021, specializing in representing space occupiers in site selection, lease negotiation, design, and construction, managing over $350 million in real estate expenditures for Portland-based companies. Scriven holds a Bachelor's degree from St. Olaf College, earned between 2007 and 2011.
