Eugenie Chen has held a variety of roles in the advertising and analytics industry since 2012. Eugenie began their career as a Summer Insider/Account Associate at MSLGROUP in 2012 and then moved to W2O Group as a Senior Analyst in 2013. In 2015, they joined Vistar Media as a Director of Analytics, where they built and developed data and analytics teams to enable data-driven OOH on a global scale. Eugenie was promoted to VP of Data & Analytics, where they designed and executed strategies for growing the company’s global data marketplace and created and implemented best practices for business intelligence, project management, and career development across the entire organization. In their current role as SVP, Partnerships & Analytics, they are guiding the strategic vision and execution of the company’s global partnerships and analytics functions and leading and managing teams of Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Operations, and Partnerships across Channel, Data, and Strategic Global Expansion.
Eugenie Chen received their High School Diploma from the Shanghai Conservatory of Music in 2009. Eugenie then attended the University of Minnesota from 2009 to 2011, studying Strategic Communication. From 2011 to 2013, they attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with Honors and Distinction in Public Relations and a minor in Business Administration. During this same time period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the UNC Hussman School of Journalism and Media, with a major in Journalism and Mass Communication. In 2017, they obtained a Data Science certification from General Assembly, and in 2014, they obtained a Programming for Everybody (Python) certification from Coursera.
