Rithi Baruah

Rithi Baruah (Ph.D) has a diverse work experience, starting as a Content Editor at ANSR Source India Pvt Ltd in 2011. Rithi then moved on to become an Assistant Professor at Montfort College in 2012. From 2014 to 2019, they served as a Guest Faculty and later as an Assistant Professor at Christ University, Bangalore. Currently, they hold the position of Head Human Factors-Crew Resource Management at Vistara - TATA SIA Airlines Ltd, where they previously worked as an Assistant Manager Human Factors-Crew Resource Management.

Rithi Baruah obtained a Higher Secondary degree in Science from Darrang College in 2006. Rithi then completed their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Economics, and Sociology from Mount Carmel College in 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Montfort College, Bangalore, from 2009 to 2011. Later, they earned a MPhil in Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore, in 2014. Continuing their academic journey, Rithi completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Aviation Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore, in 2019.
