Samir Saraiya has extensive experience in the aviation industry, starting as a Customer Service Executive at Air Deccan in 2006. Samir later worked at Kingfisher Airlines, where they held roles as Guest Services Supervisor, Airport Manager, and Guest Service Manager. Subsequently, they joined Kenya Airways as a Duty Officer, responsible for monitoring passenger handling and ensuring service standards compliance. Currently, Samir is with Vistara - TATA SIA Airlines Ltd., where they have served as an Airport Manager, Station Manager, and is currently working as the Head of Ground Services Hub Operations.
Samir Saraiya completed their Secondary School Certificate at Sacred Heart Boys High School between 1989 and 2002. Samir then pursued a Bachelor's degree at Mithibai College from 2002 to 2007. Finally, they obtained a PGDBA in Operations from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies in Pune from 2011 to 2015.
