Prior roles include Accounting Manager and Office Manager at Marvell Canada Corporation, where responsibilities included managing payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and employee benefits for 50 staff members. Ugalde also held the position of Office Administrator at Envision Property Management, focusing on the operational management of rental and condo properties. Educational qualifications include studies at Universidad Anáhuac del Sur and the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
