Harshad Sangole is an experienced technical leader in embedded software engineering with a strong focus on automotive applications. Currently serving as a Scrum Technical Lead at Visteon Corporation, Harshad conducts essential Agile ceremonies, collaborates with Product Owners and Project Leads from various OEMs, and provides training and support to team members. Previous experience includes roles at Expleo Group, HCL Technologies, and Tata Consultancy Services, where Harshad contributed to ECU development, model testing, and cost-saving projects across diverse platforms.
