Jerome Rouquet

As senior vice president and chief financial officer, Jerome Rouquet leads all financial activities for Visteon, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, audit and investor relations. He also oversees acquisitions and divestitures.

Before joining Visteon in January 2020, Rouquet served as senior vice president finance, motorparts at Tenneco, Inc. following its acquisition of Federal-Mogul. Prior to the acquisition, Rouquet held various financial leadership roles of increasing responsibility at Federal-Mogul, including senior vice president and chief financial officer, chief accounting officer and controller, and finance director.

Prior to Federal-Mogul, Rouquet served in various roles at Imaje, ranging from logistics manager to financial controller.

Rouquet has a master of business and management degree from the Institut Superieur de Gestion in Paris, France and completed the international business management program at the Manhattan Institute of Management in New York, U.S.
