Kristin Trecker

Kristin Trecker is currently the SVP & CHRO at Visteon. Prior to their current position, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Integer Holdings Corp. (formerly Greatbatch Medical) from January 2015 to December 2017. In this role, they led HR integration activities to create a unified workplace culture with common employee standards and practices. Kristin also partnered with the CEO to develop a worldwide road show designed to educate employees on the vision for the newly formed company. Her role was expanded to include corporate brand, public relations, and marketing communications.

During their time at Integer Holdings Corp., Kristin prioritize HR focus after the merger to drive clarity when defining the sales organization structure, roles, and associated incentive plans. This led to an increase in sales revenue from -5.0% to +2.5% within two years. Kristin also initiated global workshops to define the new company culture and values by soliciting feedback from employees worldwide. In addition, they transformed the HR function to support the new scale and size of the company and partnered across the executive team to redefine the role of HR. Finally, they established new short- and long-term incentive plans to address retention concerns and reward growth.

Kristin has also been successful in identifying pivotal roles with the greatest impact on strategy execution and creating tailored development and communication plans to increase incumbent effectiveness. Kristin has also significantly increased communication effectiveness by developing a standardized cadence with increased transparency and timeliness, resulting in improved employee trust of executive team and confidence in the company.

Kristin Trecker holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Luther College and an advanced degree in Communications from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Kristin is also certified by SHRM in SPHR.

Kristin Trecker reports to Sachin Lawande, President & CEO. They work with Raman Mehta - VP & CIO, Brett Pynnonen - SVP & General Counsel, and Jochen Ladwig - Senior Vice President, Global Quality and Procurement. and Rishi Bhatnagar - Global Head, Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand reports to Kristin Trecker.
