Simona Morariu

Simona Morariu is a seasoned software architect and team leader with extensive experience in the automotive technology sector. Currently serving as a Software Architect Team Lead and Direct Manager at Luxoft since January 2023, Simona is responsible for mentoring a team of software architects and managing recruitment and performance evaluations. Previously, as a Senior Software Architect and Scrum Master at Visteon Corporation since March 2019, Simona has effectively managed scrum processes and enhanced team dynamics. Simona's career began at Continental, where a significant tenure from August 2006 to March 2019 involved various responsibilities, including systems analysis, data modeling, software architecture definition, and the development of a reusable, platform-independent SDK software solution. Simona holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from "Stefan cel Mare" University in Suceava, Romania.
