Tianshu Gu

Tianshu Gu is currently the China Operation Strategy Manager at Visteon Corporation, responsible for leading quotation strategies in manufacturing and overseeing product industrialization efforts. Key responsibilities include conducting advanced manufacturing studies, driving cost efficiency, managing capital expenditures, and ensuring compliance with customer specifications. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior PDM Specialist at UAES, where Tianshu was involved in product master data management, and as a Plant Project Manager focusing on supply chain management and capacity planning. Tianshu's earlier career includes participation in the Global Graduate Program at Voith Group, as well as a research role at Volvo Car Sverige dedicated to factory design integration. Tianshu holds a Master of Science degree in Production Engineering and Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Southeast University.
