Aaron Washkowiak

Aaron Washkowiak, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Sapphire Technologies, where they were responsible for full life cycle recruiting of information technology professionals. In 2006, they joined Kelly Services as a Partnered Staffing Manager, overseeing the daily operations of on-site locations for a core account, Allstate Insurance. Aaron then joined Sears in 2013 and held various roles, including Field Talent Acquisition Recruiter, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Manager. In these roles, Aaron provided HR support for different business units, partnered with leadership on employee engagement and retention, and facilitated talent acquisition and succession planning strategies. Most recently, since July 2020, Aaron has been serving as the Director of Human Resources, Americas at Vistex.

Aaron Washkowiak, PHR, SHRM-CP completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources at Illinois State University from 2002 to 2006. In 2012, they obtained the PHR certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and in 2015, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
