Ashton Ebarb

Ashton Ebarb, M.Ed., currently serves as a Learning And Development Specialist at Vistra Corp., focusing on call center agent performance through needs analysis, content development, and team development. Previously held roles at Vistra Corp. include Senior Learning And Development Analyst and Learning And Development Analyst, contributing to the implementation of CRM systems and training programs.
