Darshan Bhate

Darshan Bhate has a range of experience in strategy, pricing, analytics, and finance. Darshan is currently a Senior Vice President at Vistra Corp, where they have been since February 2020. Prior to this, they held various roles at TXU Energy, including Vice President of Strategy, Pricing & Analytics from 2016 to 2019, Senior Director of BI, Advanced Analytics & Portfolio Performance Management from 2014 to 2016, Director of Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics from 2012 to 2014, and Director of Customer Operations Planning, Budgeting & Analysis from 2010 to 2012. Before joining TXU Energy, Darshan worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Credit Suisse from 2008 to 2010 and as a Summer Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions in 2007. Darshan also had experience at Capgemini as Manager of Operational & Financial Planning and Analysis from 2003 to 2006, and as a Senior Associate at TransSolutions from 2000 to 2003.

Darshan Bhate has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance & Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from COEP Technological University.
