Doug Reed is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer operations and project management. Currently serving as Supervisor III in Customer Ops at Vistra Corp. since January 2020, Doug led a project to unify customer data from 12 brands into a single CRM application. Prior roles include Manager of Customer Loyalty & Retention and Project Manager in the Commercial division at Ambit Energy, along with a significant tenure at Vistra Corp. where Doug managed bad debt reduction strategies as a Senior Operations Analyst in Revenue Operations.
