Greg Gugle

Greg Gugle is a seasoned professional in nuclear operations, currently serving as the SVP & Chief Nuclear Operating Officer at Vistra Corp. since March 2024. Prior to this role, Greg held various positions at Constellation from March 2020 to March 2024, including Site Vice President and Plant Manager. With extensive experience at Exelon Nuclear from May 2007 to April 2022, Greg worked as a Plant Manager, Shift Manager, Senior Reactor Operator, and Systems Engineer, overseeing operations, compliance, and technical support. Greg's career began at Home Depot as an Assistant Manager from September 1993 to July 2003, where oversight of daily operations and employee development was key. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned between 2004 and 2007.
