Jessica Harris Miller

Jessica Harris Miller has extensive experience in regulatory compliance and legal counsel. Jessica started their career at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, working as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Priscilla R. Owen from August 2010 to May 2011. Jessica then joined Bracewell LLP as an Attorney, where they worked from October 2011 to July 2018. At Bracewell LLP, they gained expertise in various legal matters. In 2018, Jessica joined Vistra Corp. as the Regulatory and Compliance Managing Counsel, a role they held until March 2023. Jessica then transitioned to the position of Vice President of Regulatory Compliance at Vistra Corp.
