Justin Sciulli

Justin Sciulli has extensive experience in welding engineering and ASME compliance, currently serving as Principal Engineer at Vistra Corp. since July 2021, overseeing the Site Welding Program and ASME Section XI activities. Prior to this role, Justin was Project Engineer at Southern Nuclear from October 2013 to July 2021, providing technical oversight for welding and ASME Section III on the Vogtle Units 3 and 4 construction. Earlier in the career at FirstEnergy from September 2008 to October 2013, Justin held the position of Advanced Engineer focusing on welding and ASME Section XI Repair and Replacement. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from John Carroll University.
