Kristi Navarro

Kristi Navarro, MBA, PMP, CSSBB, currently serves as Director of Performance Excellence at Vistra Corp., overseeing Project Management and Lean Six Sigma offices. Responsibilities include agile methodology for technology deployment, cross-functional project management, and enterprise project governance. Previously, Kristi held the position of Sr. Manager of Performance Excellence at Vistra Energy, leading a team in major project implementations. Kristi's extensive experience at TXU Energy involved various roles in Customer Quality, including two managerial positions and multiple analyst roles, where initiatives to enhance Lean/Six Sigma culture and process optimization were key achievements. Kristi holds an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Southern Methodist University.
