Meagan Horn

Meagan Horn is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in tax law, currently serving as Deputy Chief Tax Counsel and Vice President of Investor Relations at Vistra Corp. since August 2020. Prior to this role, Meagan held the position of Counsel at Thompson & Knight LLP from December 2018 to August 2020 and served as Associate General Tax Counsel at Vistra Energy from July 2012 to April 2017. Meagan began the legal career as an Associate in the Tax Section at Vinson & Elkins from August 2006 to July 2012. Meagan holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics with a focus on Actuarial Science, graduating with highest honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
