Michael Rossos

Michael Rossos is an accomplished professional with a robust background in retail pricing, offer strategy, and competitive intelligence, currently serving as Director at Vistra Corp. since January 2017. With a progressive tenure at Vistra, Michael has contributed to long-range planning and financial leadership for TXU Energy's extensive retail electric and natural gas operations while also evaluating M&A opportunities and growth strategies to enhance corporate development. Prior experience includes participation in the Analyst Momentum Program at TXU Energy, where foundational industry knowledge and leadership skills were developed, as well as a summer associate role in energy equity research at Client First Financial LLC. Michael holds an MBA with a Finance concentration and Energy specialization from Tulane University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Environmental Studies from Bucknell University.
