Patrick Peyton

Patrick Peyton is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in labor relations and human capital management, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Labor Relations at Vistra Energy since July 2007. In this role, Patrick acts as the Chief Negotiator for local union negotiations and oversees HR strategies for multiple coal-fired plants, as well as engineering and retail services. Prior to this, Patrick was a Regional Human Resources Manager at Dynegy Mid-West and has also served as an Adjunct Professor in the Human Resources Department at Lindenwood University. Patrick's career began at Chrysler, where responsibilities included conducting investigations related to workplace issues. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Management from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Texas Southern University.
