Raymond Spornhauer

Raymond Spornhauer is an experienced Senior Reactor Operator currently with Dominion Energy since February 2017, holding various qualifications including Senior Reactor Operator and Shift Technical Assistant. Previously, Spornhauer served as Operations Field Supervisor at Omaha Public Power District, overseeing operations personnel and enhancing scheduling processes. Experience includes roles at NuScale Power as a NIST Operator/Test Engineer, Pacific Gas and Electric Company as I&C Outage Scheduler, and Southern California Edison with multiple positions in Instrumentation and Controls. Early career involved work as a Nuclear Reactor Operator for the United States Navy aboard USS Enterprise. Spornhauer holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science and Technology from Thomas Edison State University and a Project Management Certificate from UC Irvine.
