Ruben Garcia Espejo

Ruben Garcia Espejo has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent position was Senior Vice President Financial Planning and Analysis at Vistra Corp. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President Finance and Assistant Treasurer at the same company. Ruben also worked as an Assistant Treasurer at Cheniere Energy, Inc. in 2020. From 2015 to 2019, Ruben served as Vice President Finance and Treasurer at EnLink Midstream. Before that, they held various senior positions at TXU Energy, including Sr. Director Performance Excellence and Sr. Director Planning and Analysis. Ruben's career began at TXU Corp. in 2001, where they started as a LEAP Associate and eventually progressed to roles such as Manager Business Development. Ruben also gained experience in finance and transactions management at Energy Future Holdings and Luminant. Throughout their career, Ruben has demonstrated expertise in finance, planning, analysis, and treasury functions.

Ruben Garcia Espejo earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 1993. Ruben then pursued further studies, receiving a Certificate of Special Studies in Business & Management from Harvard University in 1995. In 2001, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Business, as well as a Master of Accounting, both from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business.
