Steve Oakley is a seasoned professional in SOX compliance and internal audit with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of SOX Compliance at Vistra Energy since October 2016, Steve previously held the role of Manager of SOX Compliance/Internal Audit at Energy Future Holdings from August 2008 to October 2016. Educationally, Steve holds an MBA in Finance from Dallas Baptist University and a BBA in Accounting from Texas Wesleyan University.
