Susie Mosko

Susie Mosko is a seasoned professional in organizational development with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Organizational Development at Vistra Corp. since March 2024, Mosko previously held the role of Organizational Development Consultant at Energy Harbor from February 2020 to March 2024. Prior experience includes positions in organizational effectiveness at FirstEnergy, and Director of Leadership Development at The Auto Club Group, along with a managerial role in customer education at Arbitration Forums, Inc. Mosko began a career in consulting with Development Dimensions International. Academic credentials include two Master's degrees in Organizational Development, obtained from the Weatherhead School of Management and Case Western Reserve University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication and Business from Ohio University.
