Yuki Whitmire

Yuki Whitmire has a comprehensive work experience in the legal field. Yuki most recently worked as the VP and Associate General Counsel - Corporate Secretary, Securities Law, and Corporate Transactions at Vistra Energy since April 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Arcosa Inc. from October 2018 to April 2020. Yuki also worked at Dean Foods as Senior Counsel - Corporate, Securities & IT from April 2016 to September 2018. Before that, they gained experience as a Corporate Counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from October 2012 to April 2016, and as a Corporate Associate at Haynes and Boone, LLP from September 2006 to October 2012. Throughout their career, Yuki has specialized in various areas including SEC reporting, investor relations, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities offerings.

Yuki Whitmire received a B.B.A. degree in Business from St. Edward's University in 2001. Later, in 2006, Yuki Whitmire completed a J.D. degree in Law from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law.
