David Polsky

David Polsky is a seasoned executive in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at VISTRA since August 2025. Prior to this role, David held the position of Group M&A Director at BKL, leading a significant M&A growth program focused on strategic acquisitions in the United Kingdom. David also served as the M&A and Corporate Finance Director at AAB, where responsibilities included executing an internal M&A agenda and contributing to the Corporate Finance team. Earlier experience includes roles at BDO and Deloitte, where David advised on and executed strategic mergers and acquisitions. David began a career in finance as a Private Equity Analyst at CPP Investments and as a Strategy Analyst at Accenture. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors from the UBC Sauder School of Business.
