Dominique Cerutti

Dominique Cerutti is chairman of Adarma, one of the largest independent security services company in the UK, board member of IDEMIA, the global leader in Augmented Identity and board member of OneWeb a global communications company powered by a constellation of low Earth orbit (LEO) satellites.

Dominique joined the Vistra Board in January 2023 as a Non-Executive Chairman.

From June 2015 to December 2020, Dominique Cerutti was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Altran group, until the acquisition of the company by Capgemini. Under his leadership, Altran has become the global leader in Engineering and R&D services, employing more than 50,000 engineers worldwide who help global clients across all industries.

Before joining Altran, Dominique Cerutti was CEO and Chairman of the Managing Board of Euronext, a leading pan-European exchange which he established as an independent company thru an IPO following the acquisition of NYSE-Euronext by the ICE Group in November 2013.

He was previously President and Deputy CEO, and a board member of New-York Stock Exchange (NYSE), the world’s leading exchange Group.

He also spent over 20 years at IBM in an international career, where he contributed to the company’s strategic transformation. In particular, he served as Chief Executive Officer of IBM Global Services for the Europe, Middle East, Africa, and later as CEO of IBM Europe, after being Executive Assistant to Lou Gerstner, Chairman and CEO of IBM.

He held various Board positions, NYSE, LCH-Clearnet, Euromed Business School, Altran Technologies, Euronext, Genes’ink.
