Frank Hidskes

Frank Hidskes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in bid management and business intelligence within the Vistra Group since 2015. As the Head of Bid Management, Frank oversees the coordination of multijurisdictional Requests for Proposals and related sales materials, while also managing bid processes and stakeholder communications. Previously, Frank held roles such as Head of Business Intelligence, where the focus was on collecting market intelligence and enhancing strategic decision-making, and Manager of Commercial Business Development, concentrating on client growth and product development. Prior experiences include leadership positions at DataroomServices B.V., a head of operations role, and various project management and sales support positions at companies such as Reflex Uitgeverij and Lidl. Frank holds a Master’s degree in Dutch Civil Law from the University of Groningen and has participated in international arbitration training.
