Naren Jawahrani

Naren Jawahrani is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in managing and leading shared services and business operations. Currently serving as the Managing Director for VISTRA in India since September 2020, Naren is responsible for delivering specialized services in finance, accounting, compliance, governance, and HR across multiple geographies. Prior to this role, Naren was the Head and CEO of the LafargeHolcim Group's Shared Services Center, overseeing operations that supported significant revenue across multiple plants and offices. Naren's previous experience includes leadership positions at the Prasad Group, Datamatics Financial Services, RSM McGladrey India, and Triton Communications, as well as earlier roles at Eureka Forbes and Britannia Industries. Naren holds a Chartered Accountant designation and a B.Com degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
