Neal Fassnacht

Neal Fassnacht is a seasoned design professional with a diverse background in graphic design and management. Currently serving as the Global Design Manager at VISTRA since October 2018, Neal leads a team of external freelancers and agencies, overseeing the extensive launch of a global rebrand in 2024. Previous experience includes key roles at Wayfair as a Senior Graphic Designer and Design Manager, where Neal directed the launch of the "Wayfair Professional" sub-brand, and at G-Form, which involved designing comprehensive marketing materials. Neal has also held managerial and design positions at A.T. Cross Company, Schwadesign, and Advanced Signing LLC, contributing to branding, product design, and large-scale projects. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, a Web Design Certificate from Dean College, and an Associates degree in Graphic Design from Massasoit Community College.
