Shahed Hoolash

Shahed Hoolash has held significant leadership roles in the finance and corporate services sector, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Corporate Services at VISTRA since May 2018. In addition, Shahed has been a Board Member and Chairman at Mauritius Finance from January 2021 to April 2025. Previous experience includes serving as an Executive Committee Member at ATMC, where Shahed held the position of Vice President of the Association of Trust and Management Companies in Mauritius, and at Deutsche Bank as Head of Corporate Services from January 2007 to May 2018. Shahed began a career in corporate finance with roles at International Financial Services Limited and Multiconsult Limited. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Certified Accountant designation from ACCA (1997-1999) and attendance at Royal College Curepipe (1986-1997).
