Donald E. Fennoy II, Ed.d

Donald E. Fennoy II, Ed.D, is an experienced educational leader currently serving as an Operating Partner at The Vistria Group since October 2021 and as a National Advisory Council Member for MCEL (Men of Color in Educational Leadership) since December 2017. Fennoy held the position of Superintendent at The School District of Palm Beach County from May 2016 to July 2021, overseeing the education of over 197,000 students, and previously served as Chief Operating Officer within the same district. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Area Superintendent for Fulton County Schools and Executive Director for New Leaders for New Schools in Maryland, among others. Fennoy has a distinguished educational background, holding a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership and several other degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Florida A&M University.
