Libby Baker

Libby Baker currently serves as Senior Director of Talent & Culture at The Vistria Group, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Libby was the Head of People Operations at Waud Capital Partners from August 2021 to July 2025. Libby has also worked at Home Chef, where the titles included VP of Organizational Development and Plant HR and Head of Organizational Development and Plant HR from April 2019 to August 2021. Earlier in the career, Libby spent nearly seven years at McKinsey & Company, progressing from Consultant to Solution Leader and Associate Partner, with a focus on people and talent topics as well as business technology and strategy. Libby’s professional journey began with consulting roles at CSC and Emerging Solutions, gaining valuable experience in change management and PeopleSoft Financials across diverse industries. Academic qualifications include an MBA in International Business from Georgetown University and a BA in Economics and French from Northwestern University.
