Ben Jobson

Ben Jobson has a diverse work experience in the construction and housing industry. Ben started their career in 2012 as a Trainee Land Buyer at Barratt Homes and worked there for two years. Ben then joined A D WILLIAMS BUILDING & CIVIL ENGINEERING CONTRACTORS LIMITED as a Contracts Manager in 2014, followed by a role as a Project Officer at DCH (Devon & Cornwall Housing Ltd) from February 2015 to September 2015.

In 2015, Ben joined Barratt David Wilson Homes as a Land Buyer before being promoted to Land Manager in July 2017. Ben continued in that role until October 2018 when they transitioned to Barratt Developments plc as a Senior Land Manager. Ben worked for Barratt Developments plc for nearly three years until April 2021.

After leaving Barratt Developments plc, Ben joined Persimmon Homes as a Land Director in April 2021 and stayed there until January 2022. Ben then moved to Vistry Group where they held the position of Regional Land Director from January 2022 to July 2023. Currently, Ben works as a Regional Operations Director at Vistry Group.

Ben Jobson completed their undergraduate degree in Criminology and Human Geography at Keele University from 2009 to 2012. In 2011, they also briefly attended the University of North Texas to further their studies in the same fields.
